Learn New Things

Since we started classes in 2013 over 1300 couples have signed up for our Couples & Friends Massage Class and with rave reviews!

One of the over 70 reviews on Living Social for this class said, "The owner taught the class and he's obviously made for instruction. He answered every question thoroughly and always made sure the class was following what he was saying. He's extremely well versed in the art of massage and loves what he does. Sandy was the assistant and it's obvious she loves massage as well. The class was very helpful on teaching basic methods for giving your partner a great massage. This is the epitome of hands-on learning. Two thumbs up!"

A creative date night can tough to dream up. We have a great alternative to dinner and a movie, and we include wine and upgraded snacks prepared by our own chef to help make it even more special!

Some couples and group classes are not very thorough, but this one is! And it addresses all of the common problems with home massage and more. This clothing-on class is designed to teach couples all about the art of chair and home massage with lots of take home hints and techniques that can be applied in a variety of aches, pains, and situations.

You will learn tons of technique, and more importantly learn how to make rubbing your honey or friend easy, safe, and fun. Save your hands and at the same time actually address your partners needs. Similar, less extensive classes often run $150 and up. Improve your relationship with this fun and educational evening.

Does your partner hem and haw about giving you a back rub? Do you cringe when you are asked to do the same? Do your hands hurt after just a couple of minutes? Does your lack of confidence make a home back or shoulder rub an unpleasant experience?

Vouchers, discounts, and coupons are eligible for our regularly scheduled classes but not for special holiday classes or home parties.

Qigong is considered the root of all traditional Chinese medicine practices, and combines postures, breathing and mindfulness into a moving meditation with the goal of clearing the mind, releasing stress and building awareness in the body.

It helps reduce blood pressure, relieve depression and anxiety, and improves the immune system & overall coordination.

Qigong (alternatively spelled chi gung or chi kung) literally translates into “energy cultivation or energy exercise”. It is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.

The ideas is to allow energy to move fluidly and efficiently through the body. Where there is a blockage of energy or qi, then the body becomes imbalanced, and over time this can result in disease. Regular practice of qigong, creates better qi flow and as a result, better overall health.
